MINIATURE MARKET - Frequently Asked Questions

FRIDAY LOAD IN: 2pm - 7pm

SATURDAY LOAD IN: 6am

SUNDAY LOAD IN: 9am

Once you check in, you will be shown to your designated booth area.

Please remember, tables are NOT included with your booth. You will need to bring your own. There are a FEW tables for rent, but we can not promise that there will be enough for everyone to use.

Electric is provided, but you must bring your own surge protectors and extension cords.

All vendors are expected to stay for the entire duration of the event. If you leave early and do not notify us prior, you will not be asked to return to future events. If you cancel within 30 days of event or do not show up, you will not be asked to return to future events.

If you cannot make the event, or will be late arriving, please contact Melissa at 717-580-2401.

It is always advised that vendors bring table clothes, electrical cords, extra lighting, carts for loading in/out, a comfy chair, drinks, and snacks. There will be a food vendor on site.
